Jacques Renault - Australian Tour by future classic

First catching the attention of DFA's James Murphy and Tim Sweeney with his output on cult re-edit imprints Wurst Edits and RVNG of the Nerds, it didn't take long before DJs and dancefloors around the world were wising up to the sounds of Jacques Renault.

Bringing further disco fire to the Civic that night will be Andy Webb who runs the best blog on the internet, Disco Delicious and the Future Classic DJs.

Our internet and party homies Pedestrian.tv are going to be down there takin' snaps and maybe running around with a video camera - don't forget to look fierce.



*What do all those letters mean..?

DFA = or Death From Above, is a record label based in New York and started by Tim Goldsworthy (Producer / computer game music supervisor), James Murphy (LCD Soundsystem) and Jonathan Galkin (Manager & child actor).

HITS = Hole In The Sky, record label started by Sydney homies Canyons - doing Australia proud and working with artists like Pond, Tennis and Tame Impala.

OTP = On The Prowl, label run by Jacques and Marcus Cabral where they release their favourite disco edits.

NYC = New York City, duh.
